1° Hack.Gov

Design a new strategy to improve the energy efficiency, project commissioned by Eni. A concept developed by improving the existing car sharing service and decreasing by 25% the Carbon dioxide emission.

Light-duty Vehicles

Looking the carbon-dioxide emission data, we found out that the transport industries is the only one not converting his energy font into renewable one. The main cause of CO2 emission is light-duty veichles.

Improve what we have

Urban development is changing the city transport scenery, new players are born. One of the newest players in Italy is Enjoy, car sharing service provided by Eni already available in different cities. The project focus is to improve the existing service, and by that reducing the emission of CO2.

Less vehicles on the road

Adding the possibilities of sharing each ride among different users, we estimate to improve the people/car ratio to 1.7. Stopping the private car circulation in the city center, it's possible to reduce by 80% the vehicles on the road.

Enjoy Pool

We can go far if we go together, sharing mobility as a solution to the private mobility in the metropolis.

New Possibilities

Enjoy Pool will be implemented in the existing app, already used by Eni. The user will be able to choose if he'd like to give a ride to other people, acting as a driver, or if he'd like to be picked-up, acting as buddy.

Win-Win

Enjoy Pool is a win for everyone. The driver can save on his trip, the buddy can reach his destination without the need to drive, the company will reach a new market share and it will increase the average rental duration.

The World is smiling

The new service, enjoy pool will reduce the carbon-dioxide emission by 25% more than the regular car sharing service.
